Forming and preparing the student's jurisprudential queen and providing him with specialized knowledge in the various fields of jurisprudence at the levels of education; undergraduate and graduate studies, so that he has the competence and skill to work in various sectors, such as education, lawyering, sharia judiciary, imamah, oratory and fatwa, family reform centers and other sectors of work in the local and global community. .
3. Investing in contemporary technologies and artificial intelligence in the courses in the Department of Jurisprudence and Fundamentals in order to keep up with everything new. .
4. Accomplishing sober jurisprudential research and studies carried out by the department's professors and students at the undergraduate and graduate levels in all fields of life. .
5. Practical training for the students of the College of Shari'ah in the Department of Jurisprudence and Fundamentals in the field of judiciary, fatwa, invitation, imamate and education in order to serve the local and international community with sharia scientific competencies, and to provide the state sectors with them. .
6. Implementing initiatives and projects with the community sectors to achieve the department's objectives. .
